Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to be the backbone of a busy construction team? We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist who knows their way around construction invoicing, vendor payments, and job-costing like a pro.
What you’ll do:
Process high-volume invoices with speed and accuracy
Manage vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
Handle job costing and coding for multiple projects
Support month-end close and financial reporting
What we’re looking for:
Experience in construction accounting/AP (must-have)
Proficiency with QuickBooks or Sage
Strong Excel and ERP system skills
A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Someone who loves keeping things organized and on track
