Job Description
Assist with field operations on large-scale healthcare construction projects ($10M+). Coordinate daily activities among trades, subcontractors, and vendors. Support schedule adherence, safety enforcement, and quality control. Maintain a professional and client-ready presence during site visits, meetings, and presentations. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and field personnel to ensure seamless execution. Enforce health, safety, and infection control protocols in compliance with all regulations. Assist in documenting site progress, resolving field issues, and supporting project milestones. Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate has worked on projects valued at $10 million or more, has a strong understanding of the unique demands of healthcare environments, and presents well in front of clients and stakeholders. In this role, you'll support field operations on high-value healthcare construction projects and act as a key liaison between our field teams and clients. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to grow into a senior leadership role in a fast-paced, high-stakes construction environment.
- 3-5 years of superintendent or assistant superintendent experience in healthcare construction.
- Experience working on at least one project valued at $10 million or more.
- Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to present well and build trust with hospital staff, owners, and partners.
- Knowledge of OSHPD/HCAI, ICRA standards, and infection control protocols in active healthcare environments.
- Familiarity with construction management platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- OSHA 30 certification required (or willingness to obtain promptly).
