About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Transportation Division, a pivotal role in the organization's transformation and growth. The successful candidate will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for managing and expanding client relationships within the transportation sector. This includes overseeing client experience, retention, and account growth. The role demands a strategic leader who can steer teams through change, strengthen partnerships, and expand the company's impact across industries and communities. The Vice President will also be tasked with driving organic revenue growth, maintaining a high client retention rate, and ensuring that the division meets its target revenue and profit margin goals.

Applicants for the Vice President position should have a minimum of 12 years' of client management experience, with a preference for those who have worked in public-sector or regulated industries, particularly in government-supported or private transportation.
