Opportunity: Grow Your Career Responsibilities Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and upholding customer experience principles Maintain a clean and organized store environment Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customer according to procedures Promote credit and loyalty programs Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow procedures and standards Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and store Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures Support shrink reduction goals and safety programs Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
Excellent customer service skills Flexible schedule to support business needs Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multi-task Ability to adapt to changes in direction or unexpected situations Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation Works effectively with peers and supervisors Retail customer experience preferred
