Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join a dynamic and collaborative team. This individual will work closely with a centralized Project Management Office (PMO) and various cross-functional departments to manage and oversee the full lifecycle of strategic projects and initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
  • Lead and manage projects across multiple functional areas of the business
  • Take ownership of complex, cross-departmental initiatives, while also supporting department-specific projects as needed
  • Provide project management guidance and best practices to teams across the organization
  • Define project goals, scope, and deliverables
  • Determine internal and external resource needs
  • Develop project budgets and manage associated costs
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans using PMO-approved tools
  • Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies and resolve related issues
  • Lead recurring project status meetings and ensure alignment among stakeholders
  • Communicate project progress and key updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Contribute to portfolio-level project tracking and alignment with organizational strategy
  • Capture lessons learned through post-project evaluations
  • Collaborate with PMO team members to enhance project management methodologies and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Reliable and punctual attendance is essential
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)
  • Professional appearance and adherence to company dress standards
  • Ability to ensure the safety and integrity of company assets
  • Proficient with company-issued tools and technology platforms
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Works independently under general supervision; escalates complex issues as appropriate
  • Functional knowledge of business operations in one or more areas
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 6 years of project management experience
  • Proven experience managing projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Familiarity with tools such as DevOps, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet (or equivalents)
  • Skilled in facilitating workshops for project requirements, testing, go-live, and hypercare phases
  • Capable of leading stand-ups, status updates, and project team sessions
  • Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
  • Ability to sit, walk, and use a computer for extended periods
  • Willingness and ability to travel based on project needs and milestones
