Seeking a senior-level SAP Project Manager to lead a critical After-Sales & Service Transformation Program . This individual will work closely with business stakeholders across the US, EU, and Middle East to drive alignment, manage expectations, and ensure the successful delivery of a global service transformation initiative.

The role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills first and foremost, followed by proven program management experience and a strong working knowledge of SAP (service/after-sales processes) and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between business leaders and IT teams , ensuring alignment across global stakeholders (US, EU, Middle East).
  • Drive program governance and execution for a large-scale SAP service transformation integrated with Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with functional leads (FI/CO, MM, PP, SD, QM, WM, etc.) to ensure seamless integration.
  • Lead workshops, business discussions, and decision-making forums to bring stakeholders to the table and secure alignment .
  • Oversee project planning, timelines, and execution following a waterfall delivery approach .
  • Manage complex stakeholder environments , handling conflicting priorities across multiple regions.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on program progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate with SAP functional consultants and Salesforce teams to reconfigure and optimize after-sales/service processes.
  • Support cutover, go-live, and stabilization activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, with at least 5+ years in large-scale ERP/SAP projects .
  • Proven track record of managing global business stakeholders across EU, Middle East, and US regions.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills – ability to influence senior leaders, resolve conflicts, and secure buy-in.
  • Strong program management skills : governance, planning, risk management, budget oversight, vendor coordination.
  • SAP experience (basic to moderate) – must understand after-sales/service management processes (e.g., Service Orders, Warranty, Field Service).
  • Exposure to Salesforce CRM and its integration with SAP.
  • Experience managing multi-phase global go-lives under tight deadlines.
  • Industry background in Automotive, Manufacturing, or High-Tech strongly preferred.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
