Requirements:

• 3–6+ years of experience in technical project management in gaming or consumer software industry.*

• Experience delivering infrastructure or platform-level projects, especially in identity, auth, or security (e.g., OAuth2, SSO, MFA, device trust).

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)

• A strong technical background, you can confidently engage with engineers on architecture, APIs, and service dependencies.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills; you keep multiple teams aligned without micromanaging.

• Passion for player safety and an understanding of how trust impacts long-term player engagement

A client in Orange County is looking for a Technical PM to join their Account Security team. As a TPM in Account Security, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives to protect player accounts by coordinating efforts across product, engineering, operations, and data teams. You’ll manage the full project lifecycle for platform security features such as risk-based login systems, secure identity providers, and abuse mitigation tools. Your role involves maintaining a well-defined backlog, tracking dependencies and risks, and ensuring smooth collaboration across game, platform, and security teams. You’ll deliver regular status updates and roadmap insights to leadership and stakeholders. Additionally, you’ll identify and implement process improvements that enhance delivery efficiency and support scalable growth. Ultimately, you’ll help ensure security is seamlessly integrated into gameplay without compromising user experience.

Compensation:

$70/hr - $75/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
