Project Manager – Commercial Glass & Glazing
Location: Houston, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday, full-time
Salary: 80-100K + bonus (Based on experience)
Travel: Up to 20% (South Texas)
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial glass and glazing projects from contract award through final closeout. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep projects on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage projects through all phases: engineering, material procurement, fabrication, installation, and closeout.
Act as the primary contact for general contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Oversee budgets, schedules, purchase orders, invoices, and change orders.
Coordinate shop and field activities to ensure smooth execution and high safety standards.
Maintain accurate project documentation and deliver closeout packages.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
5+ years of project management experience in commercial glass and glazing.
Strong knowledge of curtain wall, storefront, and other glazing systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
