Job Responsibilities
Manage and supervise roofing crews on job sites
Communicate daily with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal staff
Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards
Handle job documentation, inspections, and scheduling
Resolve issues or delays efficiently and professionally
Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship
Qualifications
Prior experience in project management (roofing or construction preferred)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
