Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee mechanical construction projects from planning through completion
Ensure field personnel safety, labor productivity, quality assurance, and coordination
Manage budgets, cost projections, financial reporting, and project cash flow
Direct procurement of materials and equipment
Review, track, and manage change orders
Build and maintain strong owner/client relationships
Supervise personnel, delegate tasks, and ensure compliance with company procedures
Monitor project progress and provide timely reports to leadership
Support field operations to meet schedule, quality, and financial goals
Qualifications:
5–7 years of construction-related experience, preferably in mechanical contracting
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, Access, PowerPoint, Bluebeam Revu, Vista-Viewpoint (PM & Accounting Software), and Quotesoft Estimating Software
Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to interpret written and oral instructions
Proven ability to manage time, budgets, and technical data effectively
