This role can be hybrid in our Denver, CO headquarters or remote from one of our six strategic regional hubs: Austin (CT), Atlanta (ET), Boston (ET), Minneapolis (CT), Salt Lake City (MT), and Portland (PT).

Your Role
As our new Project Manager, youll lead clients through onboarding and product implementation, acting as their trusted partner throughout the entire process. Youll be the single point of contact for managing deliverables, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring each customer has an exceptional experience adopting our platform.

Bring our guiding principles to life by helping dealerships and their customers have better experiences, teaming up with colleagues across A2Z Sync, trying new ideas with purpose, taking responsibility for your work, and rolling with change as we grow and improve together.
Leadership Competencies
- Serve as the primary liaison for customers during the implementation lifecycle.
- Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation strategies clearly with clients and leadership.
- Coordinate across Training, Technical Project Management, and Customer Success teams to keep priorities and timelines aligned.
Job Family Competencies Knowledge
- Apply knowledge of dealership technology systems and SaaS implementation best practices.
- Analyze client needs and provide consultation on process improvements and system optimization.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of how end users leverage our solutions to drive efficiency.
Functional Competencies Skills and Execution
- Create and manage onboarding experiences tailored to each product implementation.
- Build and maintain project plans, tracking milestones, tasks, and required meetings within various internal systems and tools.
- Collaborate with Training to schedule client sessions for optimal adoption.
- Provide post-launch support in partnership with Customer Success to ensure issue resolution and product usage growth.
- Organize and manage a high volume of simultaneous implementations with precision and accountability.
What You Bring to the Table
Were looking for:
- 3+ years of experience managing software development or implementation projects
- At least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry
- Experience at an automotive SaaS company preferred
- Strong understanding of dealership technology systems
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget
- Passion for client experience and proven ability to be a self-starter
- Success working in deadline-driven, multi-tasking environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
