About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join their executive team. The CHRO will be a key player in the organization's mission, responsible for leading human capital strategy and ensuring the alignment of local needs with enterprise-wide goals. This role is pivotal in driving innovative HR strategies that enhance employee engagement, recruitment, and retention, ultimately contributing to the delivery of high-quality care to diverse communities. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree, at least 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior HR role within a decentralized or matrixed environment, and a strong background in healthcare or hospital systems. As the senior HR executive, the CHRO will focus on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, and regulatory compliance. Collaboration with site-level HR leaders and corporate HR is essential to ensure a culture of excellence and a thriving environment for the dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of employment laws, regulatory standards, and labor relations, and an SPHR-SHRM SCP or equivalent certification is preferred.
