About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Human Resources to play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and HR strategy of its world-class destination. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a seasoned HR team and driving strategic initiatives across various HR functions, including recruiting, learning and development, compliance, and engagement. This role demands a leader who can honor the long-tenured staff while introducing modern practices to elevate service and culture. The VP will be expected to have a hands-on, approachable leadership style, blending strategic vision with operational discipline, and must be passionate about fostering a unique resort community. Key requirements for the role include a minimum of 10 years' progressive HR leadership experience in luxury hospitality or resorts, with at least 5 years in a senior HR position. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading multi-functional HR teams and modernizing HR practices, as well as strong communication, influence, and mentoring skills.
