Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers
• Maintain food safety and brand standards
• Make and serve coffee, tea, and other drinks
• Prepare food like sandwiches, muffins, and baked goods
• Take orders and process payments
• Clean and sanitize work areas, seating areas, and equipment
• Create a welcoming environment for customers
• Greet customers and take orders
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages
• Manage transactions
• Ensure a clean, healthy, and safe working environment
• Work independently and in a team setting
