Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Sales Order & Data Entry Specialist who thrives on accuracy, communication, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the full sales order process-from entry to tracking and status updates.
• Activate and monitor cellular device connectivity.
• Maintain and update customer account information, including tax certificates and credit research.
• Build and manage spreadsheets to track sales and other key data.
• Ensure data accuracy by reviewing and correcting entries as needed.
• Support occasional administrative tasks and assist with special projects involving large volumes of data.
• Uphold data integrity and follow security protocols.

What You Bring:

• Prior experience in data entry (bonus if you've worked with order processing!).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Impeccable attention to detail-grammar, spelling, and punctuation matter here.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Basic PC and networking knowledge.
• High school diploma required; additional computer training or certifications are a plus.
