In this essential role, you will perform high-quality radiographic exams that help physicians diagnose injuries, illnesses, and conditions across a wide range of clinical settings including emergency, outpatient, and inpatient care.
Key responsibilities include positioning patients correctly to capture accurate anatomical images, operating digital X-ray equipment, ensuring optimal image clarity, and adhering strictly to radiation safety guidelines. You will play a crucial role in supporting the diagnostic process while maintaining patient comfort, privacy, and safety throughout the procedure.
This role demands strong technical knowledge, critical thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills. You’ll often be working with patients who are in pain, anxious, or have limited mobility—requiring both physical stamina and a calm, compassionate demeanor. You ll collaborate closely with radiologists and physicians to provide timely, efficient, and precise imaging.
