The Company is in need of a Chief Information Officer (CIO) with a strong background in IT leadership, particularly within a legal services environment. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in IT leadership roles, with a proven track record of implementing AI technologies to enhance IT processes and operational efficiency. Experience in managing or integrating AI with legal applications is highly preferred. The CIO will be responsible for leading a team that includes Application Support, Helpdesk, Networking, Systems Administration, Cybersecurity, Data, and IT Operations, and must have the ability to assess and recommend team structure, budget, headcount, and skillsets for future growth.
