About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Customer Success to lead a team of client-obsessed executives in driving revenue growth through the adoption of the company's solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering strategic partnerships with key client stakeholders, identifying and supporting upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring that customer success is directly linked to the company's business success. This role requires a proactive approach to client retention, with a focus on reducing churn and managing renewals to maximize growth. The VP will also be instrumental in creating a strong base for client references, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team that is dedicated to problem-solving and innovation.

Candidates for the VP of Customer Success role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of experience in customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
