About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Growth and Development to spearhead its expansion through strategic partnerships, hotel management agreements, and other growth channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing a robust deal pipeline, and maintaining deep relationships with key industry stakeholders. This executive leadership role demands a proven track record in business development within the hospitality industry, with a focus on sourcing and closing HMAs or similar agreements. The SVP will be the face of the company's business development efforts, representing the brand in external meetings, industry events, and conferences, and will be expected to have strong negotiation and presentation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the market and industry trends.
Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in business development, brand growth, or portfolio expansion within the hospitality sector, and a strong network of real estate owners and partners. The role requires an individual with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for design-forward hospitality and the outdoors. The SVP will also be responsible for leading the negotiation of partnership agreements, collaborating with internal stakeholders to align deal terms with the company's goals, and providing regular reporting on strategic initiatives to the executive team.
