About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team and play a pivotal role in the firm's growth and financial strategy. The CFO will be a key partner to the CEO, defining and executing the financial vision of the global, multidisciplinary design enterprise. This high-impact leadership position requires the CFO to lead the development of financial strategies that support sustainable growth and global expansion, oversee financial planning, and ensure that financial decisions align with the long-term value creation for the firm's employee-owners. The successful candidate will also be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing finance team, managing financial risk, and representing the firm's financial interests with external stakeholders.

Applicants for the CFO role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for an advanced degree, and a minimum of 10 years' progressive financial leadership experience in a large, multi-sector global organization. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced financial modeling is essential, as is a strong background in leading finance through growth, transformation, or operational scale-up. The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for or direct experience with ESOP structures and employee ownership, and must demonstrate strong strategic, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. The CFO will be expected to collaborate with the executive team to align financial strategy with operational and enterprise priorities, and to ensure the long-term protection of employee-owner equity.
