About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of AI Strategy and Transformation to spearhead the enterprise-wide adoption of artificial intelligence. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and championing the company's AI strategy, translating business objectives into actionable AI initiatives, and developing a scalable roadmap for AI platform adoption. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of blending commercial AI tool knowledge with internal application development. Key responsibilities include identifying high-impact AI use cases, managing AI tool development and execution, and ensuring technology and governance alignment. The VP will also be a change leader, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making, and will be expected to have a strong background in AI/ML solutions, with a focus on responsible AI practices.

Applicants for the Vice President of AI Strategy and Transformation position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and have at least 10 years' of experience in business strategy, digital transformation, or technology leadership. A minimum of 3 years' of hands-on experience in managing or deploying AI/ML solutions is essential, along with a proven track record in building custom AI applications or managing third-party AI tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of AI governance, data infrastructure, and experience in regulated industries such as financial services, fintech, healthcare, or insurance. The role demands a collaborative leader who can influence executive stakeholders, with a focus on responsible AI principles and regulatory compliance, and who is adept at translating complex technologies into business narratives.
