We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision components that meet our high standards of quality. Your expertise will play a vital role in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional engineered products.
*Responsibilities* * Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision parts according to specifications. * Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements. * Utilize coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for quality assurance of finished products. * Program CNC machines using CAM software to optimize production efficiency. * Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance. * Collaborate with engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes and product designs. * Maintain accurate records of production data and machine settings.
*Requirements* * Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment. * Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation, including CAM software proficiency. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately. * Familiarity with coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and quality control processes. * Proficient in the use of hand tools, micrometers, and other measuring instruments. * Knowledge of electrical discharge machining is a plus but not required.
