As a
Post Merger Integration Senior Consultant
in Crowe’s
Operational Transaction Advisory
practice, you’ll drive complex integration efforts across the Merger and Acquisition lifecycle. You’ll work closely with private equity firms and strategic buyers to manage integration execution in support of the pre-close due diligence, synergy realization, and operational stabilization in post-close environments. Key Responsibilities
Work with Private Equity firms and corporate leaders to analyze, plan, and execute M&A deals. Lead or support Integration Management Office (IMO) workstreams for complex, multi-functional, and cross-border transactions such as synergy realization, day 1 readiness, executive reporting, integration roadmap, communications, and organizational design. Define integration roadmaps and establish governance structures with client leadership. Deliver high-quality, executive-facing deliverables including dashboards, status updates, and synergy tracking. The successful candidate will be highly adaptable, assertive, and open to new challenges in a fast-paced environment; will have significant independence to define and deliver the work required to make our clients successful. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferably in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, etc.). 3-6 years of professional industry or consulting experience required. Experience with manufacturing, distribution, or industrial services environments; familiarity with Mergers & Acquisitions is a plus but not required Functional expertise in at least one of the following areas: Operations, HR / Organizational Design, Finance & Accounting Operations, ERP implementation. Strong project management skills; PMP or similar certification a plus. Advanced communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and executives. Excellent fact-gathering and analytical skills, including business process mapping and quantitative analysis Willingness to travel up to 60%, depending on client location and needs. Compensation and Benefits
The wage range for this role is an estimate of
$84,500.00 - $157,600.00
per year, taking into account factors such as skills, experience, and location. This range may be adjusted for geographic differences. Our Values and Compliance
