This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and strong work ethic. Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $65,000.

Job Details:

$0.44-$0.51 per mile

Detention pay: $22-$27 per hour

Drop and hook pay: $32 per stop

Live load/unload: $60 per stop

Local load pay:

$45-$60 per stop

Refused delivery:

$32 per stop

Driver assist pay:

$15 per occurrence

Driver unload pay:

$45 per occurrence

Early shutdown pay:

$22 per hour

Cross town moves:

$15 per move

Truck order not used:

$20 per occurrence

Rail delay:

$22 per hour

Refrigerated loads:

$30 per load

Mechanical breakdown:

$22 per hour

Safety training:

$22 per hour

Empty search:

$22 per hour

Yard work:

$22 per hour

Compliance training:

$22 per hour

Miscellaneous work pay:

$20 per hour

New hire training pay: $1,000 per week

Holiday pay:

$230 per day

Weekly home time

Majority no touch freight

Onsite management
