About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its strategic finance initiatives and align financial approaches with corporate objectives and growth targets. The CFO will be a key partner in short and long-term financial strategy and planning, providing leadership to optimize and manage the financing of the business plan and support investment decisions. This executive will also be responsible for all corporate and associated finance functions, serving as the senior financial officer and a member of the executive management team. The role involves establishing and maintaining financial strategy, plans, and policies, as well as leading activities such as M&A, capital allocation, and financial performance analysis.

The ideal CFO for the company will have a proven track record in driving change, controls, and financial results, particularly within a professional services environment. They must be a strategic, operationally business-oriented leader with a strong grasp of financial functions and the ability to drive growth, operational efficiency, and fiscal soundness. Key responsibilities for the CFO include setting and executing financial strategy, leading teams, and building strong relationships with the Board, CEO, and other stakeholders. The candidate should be a high-integrity leader, adept at influencing and driving sustainability, and be comfortable with ambiguity while being proactive and data-driven in their approach. Experience with private equity is a plus, and the CFO should be adept at managing a high-performing team and be familiar with KPIs.
