Full-Time We are seeking a highly experienced

Senior Agile Program Manager

to support enterprise data and analytics initiatives for our federal client. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Agile program management, stakeholder coordination, and strategic planning. This role will involve leading program execution, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring mission alignment while driving Agile best practices across multiple teams. Strong communication, executive briefing, and risk management skills are essential, along with demonstrated success managing large-scale federal programs. Primary Responsibilities: Lead program management activities across multiple Agile teams to deliver enterprise data and analytics initiatives. Develop, maintain, and track program schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Stand-ups. Coordinate with stakeholders to define program goals, prioritize backlogs, and ensure strategic alignment. Manage program risks, issues, and dependencies while developing mitigation strategies. Provide program status updates through dashboards, executive briefings, and reports. Support strategic planning by aligning resources, technology, and funding to program objectives. Oversee technical writing, documentation, and action item tracking for leadership reviews. Serve as the primary liaison between BIT, client leadership, and cross-functional delivery teams. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Active Secret clearance (required at time of application). Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. 10+ years of program/project management experience in IT or data-focused programs. Strong background in Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban. Demonstrated success managing large-scale federal programs with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency with Agile tools including JIRA, Confluence, and MS Teams. Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive briefing skills. Preferred Qualifications: PMP, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or PMI-ACP certification. Experience supporting enterprise data and analytics initiatives in federal environments. Knowledge of portfolio-level Agile practices and governance models. Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
