We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a full-time basis for the day shift from 6am to 6pm. The ideal candidate will provide direct care to residents in a skilled nursing facility, assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring the overall well-being of our residents. Responsibilities: Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor and record vital signs Provide emotional support and companionship to residents Assist with mobility and transfers Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the nursing team Requirements: Active CNA certification in the state of Michigan Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Compassionate and patient demeanor
