PAY & PERKS

We offer our Director of Nursing a competitive annual salary of

$100,000-$120,000 (depending on experience) . Additionally, we provide

ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?

This is a full-time position, typically Monday through Friday,

40 hours per week

with schedule flexibility depending on the work for the day and the individual. This role may require

on-call availability for emergencies .

As our Director of Nursing, you'll lead a team of over 30 nurses and aides to ensure top-quality care for our residents. You'll develop and implement individualized care plans, enforce nursing policies, and provide support during physician exams. Your leadership will include staff training, onboarding, performance management, and maintaining adequate staffing and medical supplies. You'll create a respectful, mission-driven environment prioritizing confidentiality, dignity, and compassion while mentoring staff and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Requirements :

Current, valid, and unencumbered registered nurse license in the state of Indiana Current and valid CPR certification Bachelor's degree in nursing 3+ years of experience as a nursing supervisor Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Google Apps, computerized medical records software, call light systems, and internet search systems Familiarity with EKG machines, bladder scan machines, or other similar medical diagnostic equipment Capable of seeking out new methods and principles to maintain best practices in administering nursing care Excellent oral and written communication skills and maintains confidentiality Strong leadership and team-building skills Ability to demonstrate patience, compassion, and tact in dealing with all staff, residents, and visitors

Preferred qualifications include experience in long-term care or hospital settings and experience with the geriatric population.
