Pay: $17.20 - $17.75/hour + offers commission that averages $3,000/month Full Benefits Starting Day One
Schedule: Training: Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM and Friday: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Post-Training: Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-9:00 PM and Friday: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM (Must work 2 nights until 9pm a week) Employees can work 8 hours of choice between the hours listed.
Responsibilities:
Make inbound and outbound collection calls Discuss payment options and negotiate arrangements Perform skip tracing and data verification Follow call scripts and document interactions Verify bankruptcy, disability, or garnishment claims Comply with state/federal regulations and company policies Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Minimum 1 year of collections experience Basic computer skills and navigation skills Strong communication, typing, and organizational skills Familiarity with standard office systems and procedures
