We expect the assistant property manager to know and interact with every tenant on the property. Prompt, professional response and follow through regarding tenant inquiries, problems, and complaints. Tenants should receive these responses within 48 hours at most from receipt. Move-in for new tenants and move-out inspections for tenants vacating their space. Maintain property condition reports with respect to roofs, HVAC units, parking lot, etc. Bids and manage capital improvement projects. Tenant finish construction with tenant and contractors. Contractors and maintenance staff for services and repairs to property. Preparation of rent commencement letters, delivery notices, etc., for new tenants. Rent collections and accounts payables/invoices. Hand and hand with the property accountant and ensure all leases and information is accurately reflected in Yardi.
