Job Overview
We are looking for a
Salesforce Service Cloud Architect
who can design and deliver scalable, high-performing, and secure solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role is
purely technical and solution-oriented
with no people management responsibilities. The architect will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and developers to translate business needs into effective Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own the
end-to-end architecture
of Salesforce Service Cloud implementations. Translate complex business requirements into
scalable, reliable, and secure Salesforce solutions . Provide
hands-on technical expertise
in Service Cloud features (Case Management, Omni-Channel, CTI, Knowledge, etc.). Design
integration patterns
with external systems using REST, SOAP, and middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.). Ensure solutions comply with
Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and security model . Review technical designs, provide guidance to developers, and ensure
high code quality . Lead technical workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architecture with business goals. Oversee deployment strategies and CI/CD pipeline setup for Salesforce projects. Mandatory Skills
8+ years of Salesforce experience, with
deep Service Cloud expertise . Strong knowledge of
Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs . Solid understanding of
Salesforce data model, sharing/security model, and governor limits . Proven experience in
Service Cloud implementations at scale . Hands-on experience with
integration patterns and middleware platforms . Knowledge of
Salesforce DevOps and release management tools
(Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Git). Preferred Skills
Salesforce
Service Cloud Consultant
and
Application Architect/System Architect
certifications. Experience with
Einstein AI, Chatbots, and Salesforce automation
features. Knowledge of
Agile/Scrum methodologies .
