About the Role The Company is in search of a Vice President of Marketing for its global consumer networking division. The successful candidate will be a strategic and innovative leader with a proven track record in driving marketing initiatives that support revenue growth, brand equity, and customer acquisition. This executive-level role demands deep expertise in full-funnel marketing, global brand stewardship, and omni-channel execution, particularly across retail, Amazon, and direct-to-consumer channels. The VP of Marketing will be responsible for leading the full suite of consumer marketing functions, including performance marketing, product marketing, packaging, channel marketing, and pricing strategy, and will play a key role in the go-to-market strategy for new product launches and seasonal marketing campaigns.

Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive marketing leadership experience, with a focus on consumer technology or durable goods, and a strong background in performance marketing, digital acquisition, and campaign analytics. The role requires exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in managing international teams, budgets, agencies, and cross-functional partnerships. A data-driven approach to marketing and experience with marketing technology tools is highly valued. The ideal candidate will be a senior leader who can inspire a global marketing team, foster a high-performance culture, and mentor future leaders, all while representing the marketing function within the company's broader executive team.
