This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading organization, where you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our business. The successful candidate will have a strong background in contract manufacturing, silicon, and plastic. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar position.Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and collaboration.3. Understand the client's business goals, anticipate future needs and help determine ideal solutions.4. Manage contract negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with our clients, including sustainable economics for both parties.5. Proactively identify new business opportunities and manage a robust pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.6. Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery of products that meet customer specifications.7. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs, improve customer satisfaction, and drive account growth.8. Provide accurate and timely reports and forecasts to senior management to assist in business decision-making.9. Stay up-to-date with product and industry knowledge, specifically in the areas of contract manufacturing, silicon, and plastic.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a similar role in the Contract Manufacturing industry.3. Proven experience in contract manufacturing, silicon, and plastic is a must.4. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.5. Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.6. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.8. Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.9. Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.10. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.11. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a result-driven environment.12.
