Summary:An Ocean Transportation company is looking to hire an experienced Shore Crane Operator to join their team in Houston. This position is responsible for operating the shore and ship"s gear crane for the loading and unloading of cargo. Must operate large capacity shore crane for the loading and unloading of cargo from vessels, trucks and railcars. The position is also responsible for operating the ship"s gear crane equipment for the loading and discharge of cargo and containers to/from the vessels.Job RequirementsRequirements:* 2+ years of experience operating large shore cranes and/or ship gear cranes* Able to speak intermediate English* Must have been certified to operate a Shore Crane within the past 3 years* Knowledge understanding flagging signal used in cargo handling
