Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to join their client's team in San Marcos. This role is vital in supporting the inside sales operations and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication. The successful candidate will be trained on the company's products and services and will be pivotal in building and maintaining customer relationships. Responsibilities
Work directly in support of outside sales. Handle customer service, communication, ordering, and order entry. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Utilize strong computer skills with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) and maintain strong phone skills. Communicate effectively and work with multiple teams (quality, warehouse, manufacturing) to support customer demands. Demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Exhibit strong time management skills. Experience with Sage 90/100 is helpful but not mandatory (training will be provided). Ability to upsell and meet sales quotas. Assist Outside Sales with prospecting new customers and new opportunities. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not necessary. This candidate will be trained on products and services, as well as office processes. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer demands and complaints are key. The candidate will also be responsible for interfacing and negotiating pricing and delivery with existing suppliers. This is an in-office position, 5 days a week. Start and end times are somewhat flexible, but the normal timing would be from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks. Requirements

Competitive salary with a range from $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.
