We're hiring a contract GTM Engineerto sit at the intersection of data, systems, and experimentation. This is a hands-on role that combines the rigor of RevOps with the creativity of growth. You'll own the GTM stack, build automations and integrations, and run experiments that unlock new pipeline and revenue opportunities.
About The Role:
Own and optimize the GTM stack (CRM, marketing automation, data pipelines, customer intelligence) Build and maintain integrations between systems to give Sales, Marketing, and CS a single source of truth Design dashboards and reporting that make pipeline, conversion, and growth metrics crystal clear Partner with GTM leadership to run experiments on lead generation, funnel conversion, outbound campaigns, and new channels Automate repetitive workflows (lead routing, account scoring, enrichment, etc.) to keep the team focused on selling Support Sales with technical solutioning and lightweight POCs when needed Translate learnings from growth experiments into scalable, repeatable processes About You:
3+ years in RevOps, Growth, or GTM at a B2B SaaS company Strong technical chops - comfortable working with APIs, SQL, and integrations (Zapier, Workato, Tray, custom scripts) Experience with HubSpot or similar and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.) A growth mindset - scrappy, curious, and eager to test new ideas with data-driven rigor Strong communicator who can partner across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering Startup-ready: thrives in ambiguity, learns in motion, and builds quickly without waiting for perfect Bonus Points:
Experience in healthcare technology (RCM, EHRs, payor/provider systems) Familiarity with AI/ML-driven products or analytics Track record of building successful GTM experiments that drove measurable pipeline/revenue impact Why Join Us:
