Must Have Technical/Functional Skills•Field Service certification preferred and working knowledge in mandatory•Enhanced Scheduling and Optimization (ES&O) experience needed•sales, service certifications required•Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution•working knowledge in data migration and integration•Demonstrated ability to design and implement technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. functional lead, work-stream lead, etc)Roles & Responsibilities•Execute quick POC•Write user stories aligning to product capabilities of Field Service (FSL)•Hands on work on the existing salesforce implementation•Lead defining and practical business solutions based on Salesforce.com technology implementing; experience leading executive discovery sessions•Understand requirements (functional and technical) needed to address client needs•Perform routine administration functions for Salesforce.com•Create documentation (e.g., training, communications, release notes, user stories, test scripts, process flows) associated with Saleforce projects•Actively co-ordinate and participate in SIT and UAT•Co-ordinate with business and IT stakeholders•Onsite-offshore co-ordination•Report regular progress on projects•Testing and training strategiesGeneric Managerial Skills:•Excellent communication skill required to communicate with executive stakeholders and be on workshops with IT and businessSalary Range: $100,000-$135,000 a year#LI-DM1
