14144 - Business Analyst / QA Analyst (onsite) - Jupiter West, FL Start Date : ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration :12 months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client Required: •Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Jupiter West, FL (required); •Experience working as Business Analyst / QA Analyst (10+ years); •Experience with web applications, Testing frameworks (QMetry), Agile/SCRUM processes, unit and integration testing, definition of done, Agile estimation of stories/tickets; •Experience with regression testing, end to end testing, capturing test results and updating JIRA tickets/Stories; •Experience with IT Nuclear products/applications and domain knowledge, including Nuclear Work Management Application suites and NAMS (Nuclear Asset Management System). Responsibilities : •Conduct complex operational analyses and lead medium to large project teams that support informed decision-making within the business unit. •Review and approve findings to be presented to senior management. •Act as a liaison between the product owner, users, and developers. •Work as the first layer of tester before the product owner. •Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively manage their expectations. •Plan and facilitate workshops and meetings to help stakeholders identify problems and guide them through the decision-making process. •Direct, mentor, and coach lower-level analysts.
