Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CT Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 09/29/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, evenings, nights Employment Type: Travel Job details: CT Technologist (Computed Tomography) Unit Type: Radiology Location: Klamath Falls, OR Job Type: 13-week contract Start Date: September 29, 2025 Position Summary Seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join their Radiology team for a 13-week contract assignment. The technologist will perform a wide variety of specialized CT procedures using advanced imaging equipment, ensuring high-quality diagnostic results and patient safety. Candidates must demonstrate strong technical expertise, patient care skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Perform all diagnostic CT imaging procedures according to physician orders and established protocols. Properly position, transfer, and immobilize patients to ensure optimal imaging results. Maintain and operate CT equipment, ensuring quality control and compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure seamless patient care. Participate in rotational call coverage for 24-hour CT service. Accurately document procedures and transfer images into PACS. Required Qualifications Certification: ARRT (CT) and current BLS (AHA). License: Active Oregon licensure (must be in hand prior to start). Experience: Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience ; GE CT equipment experience required. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of accredited radiology program. Ability to work independently and manage medium to heavy physical demands (lifting 100300 lbs). Preferred: ARRT registration in both CT and MRI. Prior experience in acute care hospital settings. Schedule & Hours Shift: Evenings, MondayFriday Hours: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM (8-hour shifts, 40 hours/week guaranteed) Call Rotation: Rotational call 4 weekdays one week with weekend off, followed by weekend coverage the next week.
