Reporting directly to the President, this strategic role is responsible for all aspects of sales-leading from lead generation to project close-while developing high-impact relationships within key verticals and existing accounts.What You'll Do: Source and develop new business opportunities in BAS, focusing on HVAC control, energy management, lighting, and sustainable building solutions. Build executive-level connections with both current clients and new prospects to generate bids and close projects. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to craft customized BAS solutions that reflect clients' unique needs and deliver long-term value. Grow and manage a robust sales pipeline to drive consistent year-over-year revenue growth. Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings in the BAS landscape. Represent the company as a thought leader at industry events-seminars, conferences, and networking opportunities. Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets tied to both new and existing business.What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field. Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, ideally within construction, controls, HVAC, or BAS. Proven expertise in building automation technologies (e.g., HVAC control systems, energy management, lighting & infrastructure automation). Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative-selling skills. Track record of managing multi-million-dollar pipelines and consistently exceeding sales goals. Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and value-based selling methodologies.Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
