The Opportunity • Take over an existing physician's patient panel who will be retiring this Fall • Part-time or week-on-week-off schedule options • 2-3 days of clinic and 1 dedicated OR day for scopes a week with no call requirement • $600,000 Base Salary depending on FTE + Productivity Bonuses • $20,000 Sign-on and $20,000 Relocation Bonus • 25-35 Days of Paid Time Off + 10 Paid Holidays • Comprehensive Benefits Package including Health/Dental/Vision insurance, 401k with 4% match, and Malpractice Insurance Coverage
