Position Summary We are seeking a meticulous and self-driven Part-Time Financial Reporting Analyst to support routine financial reporting and data integrity processes. This role is ideal for a finance professional with a solid understanding of financial statements and credit analysis who thrives in an independent, detail-oriented environment. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely submission, review, and reconciliation of financial data for internal tracking and compliance. Key Responsibilities Financial Statement Management: Monitor and track the timely receipt of financial statements Communicate with members regarding missing, late, or incomplete financials Facilitate extension and waiver requests and manage fine processing for late submissions Save and organize incoming documents in designated digital repositories Data Entry & Workflow Processing: Input financial data into the Automated Financial Reporting System (AFRS) Track financial reporting through workflow stages to ensure closure and approvals Surveillance & Daily Monitoring: Oversee and review daily surveillance reports (e.g., missing documents, negative news alerts, account changes) Identify items requiring same-day action and escalate as necessary Data Reconciliation & Reporting: Cross-reference trackers and reports to ensure completeness and accuracy Support ad hoc reporting needs and provide insights as requested Additional Administrative Duties: Assist with other financial operations and special projects as assigned Must-Have Qualifications Proficiency with key financial reporting documents: Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and related schedules Understanding of credit and financial analysis within the banking or financial services sector Strong computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to work independently and proactively Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external coordination
