Location: Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
Schedule: Full-Time, Night Shift (11:30 PM – 6:30 AM)
Salary Range: $176,000 – $185,000 annually
Bonus: Performance-based discretionary bonuses available

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Manager to oversee night shift construction operations at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). This role requires extensive coordination with Airport Operations, Police, and contractors to ensure compliance with safety regulations, adherence to project scope, and minimal disruption to the traveling public. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, particularly in critical infrastructure or airport projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead nightly and morning construction huddles to ensure project alignment and safety compliance.
- Monitor active construction zones, including the Central Terminal Area (CTA), terminals, and Air Operations Area (AOA).
- Verify ASR documentation and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- Write and distribute detailed nightly reports, including photo documentation of progress and issues.
- Coordinate with LAWA stakeholders for safety measures, signage, and logistical support.
- Ensure all projects meet scope, schedule, and compliance expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (Required).
- Master’s degree in a related field (Preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in construction management (minimum).
- 3+ years of experience in airport construction or 5+ years in critical infrastructure projects.
Pay Range: $176,000 – $185,000 annually
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
