Director Construction – Residential

San Francisco, CA

Harper Harrison is partnered with mid-sized Multifamily/Residential Owner & Developer located in San Francisco, CA. They are looking for experienced professionals coming from a Multifamily and/or Residential background with strong ability to manage large Construction projects. The role is a Director of Construction and will be based in the Bay Area of San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning, design & construction services for all residential, vertical ground-up projects
• Lead field Construction teams across Northern California
• Understand & navigate local zoning codes & regulations and integrate these in to building plans
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards as well as internal company protocols
• Write & present on building reports and communicate with all stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience as Director of Construction in Residential space
• Ideally experience with Single/Multifamily and/or Mixed-Use Construction projects
• Ideally College degree in Construction related industry
• Attention to detail focused individual on Project related matters
