Responsibilities: Assist in preparing bids and estimates for restoration projects Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze drawings for accurate pricing Collaborate with senior estimators, project managers, and subcontractors Utilize Excel, Bluebeam, and construction management software to compile estimates Requirements: 1-3 years of estimating experience in relevant trades (restoration, roofing, façade, etc.) Strong understanding of construction drawings and materials Proficiency in Excel, Bluebeam, and construction management tools Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills This is a great opportunity to develop your career with a well-established subcontractor working on high-profile institutional projects across NYC.
