Job Title: Call Center Specialist (Work from Home After Training!)
Location: Near Louisville Kentucky
Type: Full-Time
About the Role:
Looking for a job where you can grow your career, help people, and eventually work from home? We’re hiring Call Center Specialist. You’ll start with in-person training and support, then have the opportunity to move into a remote role once you’re comfortable and hitting goals, you must be in the Kentucky area and able to work in office to begin.
What You’ll Do:
Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to support customers
Listen carefully, solve problems, and provide clear information
Update customer accounts and record details in our system
Meet daily goals for calls, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
Work with a team that’s always ready to help and support you
What We’re Looking For:
Great communication skills – friendly, professional, and patient
Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
Ability to stay calm under pressure and problem-solve on the spot
Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Willing to work onsite for training before moving to remote
Flexible with schedules (evenings)
