We're excited to welcome a dedicated and proactive Manager of Field Support to our team-someone who thrives on bringing order to complexity and believes that strong processes create powerful outcomes. In this role, you'll lead field audits, oversee compliance efforts, and ensure that critical rental risks , such as overdue contracts and impounded vehicles, are resolved quickly and thoroughly . You'll be a trusted partner in the field, building systems that support accountability, enhance training, and protect company assets across our nationwide operations. You will:
Audit & Compliance Oversight
- Lead field-level audits on overdue, stolen, and impounded vehicles
- Review location compliance with risk, rental extension, and recovery protocols
- Write audit summaries and escalate critical issues with recommended solutions
- Track resolution timelines and follow up with field teams until fully closed
- Monitor NICB (National Insurance Crime Bureau) reports for recovered vehicles
- Coordinate with law enforcement and third-party vendors for release or retrieval
- Maintain clear documentation for each incident and ensure compliance standards are followed
- Monitor overdue rental queues across all U.S. locations
- Investigate overdue accounts for signs of fraud, mismanagement, or exposure
- Support and guide field locations through resolution, including customer contact, repo coordination, or contract closure
- Liaise with customer service on escalated disputes related to overdue or misused rentals
- Act as a liaison between Field Ops, Risk Management, Accounting, and Training
- Serve as the go-to policy expert for field teams needing compliance clarification
- Coach underperforming locations or staff on the correct audit, recovery, and contract procedures
- Document and distribute process updates or audit changes
- Status of overdue rentals across all locations
- NICB report tracking and follow-up on recovered vehicles
- Field adherence to risk policies and vehicle hold protocols
- Escalated impound cases requiring vendor or police negotiation
- Gaps in audit trail documentation or improper contract closures
- 5+ years in audit, operations oversight, or fleet compliance
- Strong ability to read reports, identify red flags, and implement process improvements
- Experience working across multi-location environments or distributed field teams
- Background in risk management, loss prevention, or fraud investigations
- Experience leading field audits, recovery efforts, or compliance rollouts
