• Training and supporting additional health systems on MOMI PODS implementation
• Assist with seeking additional sources of funding for the program
• Facilitating/coordinating standard team meetings
• Engage in efforts regarding QI
• Plan the yearly fidelity sessions
• Maintain the team webpage/information sites
• Point person with the Central Scheduling leadership, practice managers, clinic leads and team members
• Meet CICIP related requests pertaining to program data and/or presentations
• Contribute to abstracts/manuscript

• MOMIPODS Care Coordination

• Other duties as assigned by the Research Director
