About the Role We're seeking a
Technical Project Manager
with strong expertise in IT infrastructure to lead the technology planning and execution for new showroom buildouts and remodels. You'll oversee the integration of network systems, AV, smart devices, security technologies, and other digital components-driving seamless collaboration between IT, construction, and facilities teams.
Suppose you're a detail-oriented project leader with hands-on experience in IT deployments within physical environments. In that case, this role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on our customer experience and showroom innovation.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end technology deployment for new and renovated showroom locations Define IT scope and requirements with design, operations, and construction teams Oversee implementation of LAN/WAN/WiFi, AV systems, digital signage, IoT integrations, and security systems Manage vendors, review SOWs/RFPs, and coordinate installations with construction timelines Lead site surveys, technical assessments, and IT readiness reviews Ensure all systems meet operational, cybersecurity, and corporate IT standards Track budgets, timelines, and documentation (network diagrams, inventories, configs) Support testing, go-live, and post-launch troubleshooting What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field 5+ years in IT project management (infrastructure or systems integration, retail preferred) Strong knowledge of networking (Fortinet or similar), structured cabling, AV/UC systems, and IP-based building tech Experience managing IT vendors and integrators Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project) Bonus Points For
Experience with retail tech (POS, traffic counters, digital platforms) Familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or Revit Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM frameworks Why Join Us
