Adecco Staffing is working with a well-known manufacturing company in Keene, NH to bring on a Customer Service Representative. This is a temp-to-hire position with full-time hours and the opportunity to join a growing and dynamic service team.

Location: Keene, NH
Pay: $25.00/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative (Inside Service Coordinator), you will be an essential part of the team, helping ensure seamless coordination between customers and field service engineers. After completing a structured training program, you will support a range of service-related functions to help deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Issue service quotations to customers
• Track customer calibration schedules and follow up with those past due
• Promote and quote service contracts and upgrade offerings
• Initiate email campaigns to promote services
• Coordinate service visits between customers and field service engineers
• Maintain and update customer databases and service records

Skills and Qualifications
• High energy level with a proactive approach and ability to take initiative
• Strong team orientation with a collaborative and flexible mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
• Comfortable identifying opportunities for process improvement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience with CRM systems and service tools is preferred

Requirements
• College degree with internship experience or high school diploma with relevant customer service experience
• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs to assist with spare parts and service shipments

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
